Education/experience: Bachelor's in health-related field and 3+ years in customer relations or healthcare preferred. Evening/weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field required; equivalent related health care experience may be substituted.
• Three+ years of professional experience in communicating with individuals or coaching on behavior change; clinical/healthcare experience may substitute for coaching.
• Experience with basic word processing and data entry required.

Responsibilities

• Locates donors using recruitment data and updates contact information.
• Educates donors and reinforces retention messages; asks open-ended questions.
• Conducts donor health screening and documents outcomes.
• Coordinates blood draws, kit ordering, and donor/kit tracking.
• Completes donor activity in STAR Link/Salesforce donor file.
• Maintains confidentiality and follows procedures.
