Odoo is seeking a Customer Success Manager to help Latin America clients optimize operations with Odoo’s integrated apps. This role blends consulting, adoption, renewal, and expansion across industries and focuses on Spanish-speaking customers.

Based in Brisbane, CA, the position is hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) and offers a base salary with potential for growth as part of a dynamic, customer-focused team.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Spanish fluency (professional or native/bilingual).
• Experience negotiating and closing new business.
• Passion for software products.
• 1-2 years experience in sales.
• Proficiency in G-Suite applications preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota.
