Job summary

Odoo is an open-source ERP platform helping companies manage operations with a single, integrated system. The Customer Success Associate role focuses on reactive support, quick task handling, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.

Hybrid arrangement (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) in Brisbane, CA, with opportunities to grow expertise in Odoo products, share resources, and evolve processes within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fluency in English and French (professional or native/bilingual).
• Strong organizational and communication skills for fast-paced environments.
• Comfort with G-Suite and standard customer support tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ~1,400–1,600 accounts with efficient support.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries with reactive support.
• Handle high-volume administrative requests with speed and accuracy.
• Provide clear guidance to optimize customer experience with Odoo.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases.
• Develop expertise in Odoo software to support customers.
