Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (professional or native/bilingual).
• Strong organizational skills and dependable work habits.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a portfolio of customers with reactive assistance.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries, resolving requests promptly.
• Handle administrative customer requests with speed and accuracy.
• Provide clear guidance to maximize customer experience of Odoo.
