Odoo in Brisbane, CA is seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of North American customers, acting as trusted advisor throughout their journey. You’ll drive adoption, build long-term relationships, and help clients achieve their business goals.

You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, drive renewals, and identify growth opportunities. This hybrid role offers 4 days onsite, 1 day remote, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, SaaS, ERP, or another client-facing role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-first mindset with a proactive, consultative approach.
• Interest in technology and business process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own and proactively manage a portfolio of direct customers across the North American market.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders and understand their business goals.
• Drive product adoption and engagement with best practices.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess health and outcomes.
• Identify churn risks and drive retention and renewals.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional Odoo applications.
• Collaborate with Consulting, Support, Sales, and Product to resolve issues.
• Advocate for customers by sharing feedback with internal teams.
