Job summary

Odoo is hiring a Customer Success Associate to support a portfolio of customers with reactive inquiries, document workflows, and collaboration with internal teams. Training on Odoo’s ERP suite will be provided, including modules from accounting to CRM.

The role emphasizes efficiency, fast-paced resolution, and quality customer experience. The position is hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) in Brisbane, CA, with a focus on developing product expertise and promoting user adoption across English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fluency in English and French (professional or native/bilingual).
• Exceptional organizational skills and dependability in fast-paced environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Basic proficiency with G-Suite applications and customer support tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 1,400–1,600 accounts with efficient, consistent support.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries with reactive support focus.
• Handle administrative customer requests with speed and accuracy.
• Provide clear guidance to maximize product experience.
• Maintain excellent communication and customer satisfaction throughout interactions.
• Meet performance metrics related to work ethic and task resolution.
• Use tools to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams for complex cases.
• Develop in-depth expertise in Odoo software.
• Distribute educational materials and resources for self-service options.
• Document insights to improve internal workflows.
