Qualifications

• 6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience.
• Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients, prove Gartner service concepts, and drive engagement.
• Partner with clients from IT, HR, Finance and more to ensure successful use of Gartner subscriptions.
• Identify client priorities and align Gartner resources to achieve their goals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive delivery and share best practices.
• Leverage insights to boost ongoing client satisfaction, retention and growth.
