Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services Inc in Fresno, CA is hiring a Behavior Technician to support children with autism in in-home sessions. You will work 1:1 on communication, social, play, and daily living skills through structured activities, typically 2–3 hour sessions, with flexible caseload and hours after 3pm.

Entry-level candidates and certified RBTs are welcome; compensation is $20–$24 per hour, with training and RBT certification support and potential increases after certification.

Qualifications

• Must complete a 40-hour RBT training prior to employment.
• RBT certification may be waived if you already have certification or adequate training.
• Must obtain RBT within 6 months of employment.
• Minimum 18 years of age and valid driver’s license.
• CPR & First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support through fun, individualized activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress accurately.
• Communicate with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions.
