Zusammenfassung

Burnett Therapeutic Services is seeking a Behavior Technician in California to work 1:1 with children who have autism or developmental delays. Sessions occur in the child’s home, clinic, or school, lasting 2–3 hours, with caseloads tailored to your availability and comfort with age groups from toddlers to teens.

You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect data, and communicate with families while receiving supervision, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within a compassionate team.

Qualifikationen

• Compassionate, patient attitude and effective communication with families.
• Experience with telehealth ABA is preferred.
• Must have completed the required RBT training before start date or obtain certification within 6 months.

Aufgaben

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support through individualized activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA professionals.
• Collect and record client progress data accurately.
• Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions.
