Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician to support children with autism and developmental delays in in-home, clinic, or school settings in Fresno.

You will work 1:1, delivering engaging activities to develop communication, social, and daily living skills while following plans created by BCBA. This role offers paid training, RBT certification support within 6 months, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• > 6 months experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Must complete a 40-hour RBT training prior to employment
• RBT certification required within 6 months of employment or maintain active BCAT/ABAT certification
• CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Background check (FBI & DOJ)
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 behavior support through structured activities with children
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Communicate with families for updates and support
• Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and supervision
