Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians for part-time roles in Santa Rosa and surrounding areas. You will work 1:1 with children in-home or in-clinic, delivering engaging activities to build communication and social skills.

Compensation ranges from $20 to $24 per hour, with onboarding bonuses and opportunities to increase after RBT certification. Training is provided, and advancement to lead roles is possible through mentorship and ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• Must complete a 40-hour RBT training course prior to employment.
• RBT certification within 6 months of employment is required for continued employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; CPR/First Aid certification encouraged.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus and may aid in communication with families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support to children with autism or developmental delays.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA professionals.
• Collect and record data on client progress accurately.
• Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions.
