Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring entry‑level Behavior Technicians to support children with autism and developmental delays. Roles are 1:1, 2–3 hour sessions in home, clinic, or school, with a focus on developing communication, social, and daily living skills.

Paid onboarding bonus in Sonoma County and opportunities to pursue RBT certification within 6 months. PCM annual planning and ongoing supervision are provided, with flexible part‑time scheduling.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities or similar settings.
• Must be able to complete RBT training and certification within the specified timeframe.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 behavior support with children in home, clinic, or school.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA.
• Record data on client progress accurately.
• Communicate regularly with families and participate in supervision.
