Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services is seeking an entry-level or certified RBT to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis services to children in Fresno, CA. The role involves after-school hours, in-home sessions, and collaboration with BCBA supervisors to implement individualized plans.

You will support development of communication, social, and daily living skills, with opportunities for growth and certification maintenance.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and patience with children
• Experience with telehealth ABA is strongly preferred
• Minimum 6 months of experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities
• RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification preferred or required within role

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support in home-based settings
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA professionals
• Collect and record client progress data accurately
• Communicate regularly with families and provide progress updates
• Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and supervision
