Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in their homes in California. Sessions last 2–3 hours, M–F after 3pm, with compensation of $24–$25 per hour.

The role involves implementing ABA plans, data collection, and family communication in-home settings. Ideal candidates may have an RBT, ABAT, or BCAT certification and access to reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification is required for this position.
• Familiarity with ABA techniques and data collection is preferred.
• Excellent communication with families and team members is expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support through structured activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA/BCBAs.
• Collect and record data on client progress accurately.
• Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions.
