Qualificações

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
• 1 year of proven retail sales, call center, customer service, or telesales experience.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with a variety of customers (consumer to small business).
• Proficiency with internet user-level technology.

Responsabilidades

• Educate customers and explain features of Consumer and Business Banking solutions; make recommendations based on customer needs.
• Engage customers to bank with us and promote digital capabilities in interactions.
• Explain high-level loan decision criteria.
• Complete servicing tasks for Customer and Business Banking relationships and identify opportunities for other banking needs.
• Follow sales process and provide customer-focused guidance.
• Proactively reach out to retain and expand relationships.
• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver a differentiated experience.
• Greet customers and identify appropriate banking solutions with partners when possible.
• Assist with AML/BSA/KYC processes and flag suspected fraud.
