Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of proven retail sales, call center, customer service, or telesales experience.
• Ability to fluently communicate in English and another language as required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and explain features and benefits of Consumer and Business Banking solutions; make recommendations based on needs.
• Engage customers and promote digital banking capabilities.
• Explain high-level criteria used to decision loan applications.
• Complete servicing tasks for Consumer and Business Banking relationships and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Follow the bank's sales process and provide clear, customer-focused guidance.
• Reach out to retain and expand Consumer and Business Banking relationships.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and deliver solutions in moments that matter.
• Greet customers, manage lobby flow, and drive banking needs to appropriate partners.
• Assist with AML/BSA/KYC processes and flag potential fraud.
• Log and resolve customer complaints and overdrafts accurately.
