Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and a minimum of 1 year’s proven retail sales, call center, customer service, or telesales experience.
• Ability to fluently communicate both verbally and in writing with customers in English and another language if required.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and explain features of Consumer and Business Banking solutions.
• Meet customer service and sales needs; handle branch operations as a Teller.
• Promote digital capabilities and assist customers with online banking.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate fraud or AML concerns when needed.
• Maintain professional, compliant engagement and contribute to branch sales goals.
