• Engage customers to bank with us and promote use of digital capabilities in interactions.
• Adhere to compliance, AML, BSA and KYC processes and log customer interactions accurately.
• Resolve customer problems and contribute to retention and expansion of relationships.
• Proactively reach out to customers to meet their banking needs and drive branch sales.
