Job summary

VXI Global Solutions is seeking a Spanish bilingual Healthcare Call Center Representative for a remote role. You will assist members, providers, and patients with Medicare and billing inquiries, ensuring accurate information and compassionate service.

By applying HIPAA guidelines and documenting interactions in our CRM/EMR systems, you will help members maximize benefits and navigate their health plans. A minimum of two years in healthcare customer service is required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum of two years in customer service or healthcare member interactions.
• Prior call center experience and/or health insurance industry experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries in Member Services, Medicare, and Billing for Spanish- and English-speaking customers.
• Document and resolve incoming queries, including complex calls.
• Explain plan benefits, provider networks, and coverage policies while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
