Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum of two years of customer service or healthcare member interaction experience.
• Healthcare call center experience or health insurance knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Spanish- and English-speaking customers in Member Services, Medicare, and Billing.
• Document queries and resolve complex calls related to product lines.
• Explain plan benefits, provider networks, and coverage policies to members.
