Bass Pro Shops is seeking an HR Assistant (Spanish Bilingual) at Big Cedar Lodge in Ridgedale, MO. This role serves as the first point of contact for HR, delivering warm, professional hospitality and handling multiple tasks with accuracy and care.

You will support the hiring process, manage paperwork, schedule interviews, and assist associates with onboarding, payroll, and timecard setup. Bilingual in English and Spanish a must.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1 year office experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and callers in a cordial, professional manner.
• Assist recruiting managers with job offers and scheduling.
• Maintain requisition system, I-9 verification, and pre-employment testing.
• Assist new hires with paperwork and onboarding.
• Organize front office and perform general office duties.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
