Bass Pro Shops in Missouri is seeking an HR Assistant to be the first point of contact for the HR department. The role requires warmth, hospitality, and strong attention to detail while handling multiple tasks. The position pays $16-$17.50 per hour DOE and is based at Big Cedar Lodge.

Ideal candidate will support hiring processes, coordinate interviews, assist with orientation, and maintain confidential HR records. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred to service diverse associates and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of office experience preferred.
• Experience in HR, recruiting, or related area preferred.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish (reading/writing speaking).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to internal and external guests.
• Greet telephone calls and walk-ins cordially and provide prompt assistance.
• Assist recruiting managers with job offers.
• Provide admin support for hiring: maintain requisition system, I-9 verification and follow-up, schedule interviews, and assist with pre-employment testing.
