Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Quality Inspector for our Luxembourg team with responsibilities in dimensional inspection of aerospace components. You will inspect machined and received parts using CMM, laser trackers, and portable arms, ensuring adherence to GD&T per ASME Y14.5-2018.

You will provide dimensional data to support design and manufacturing decisions. The role requires 3–5 years in aerospace inspection, familiarity with AS9100/ISO9000 quality systems, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in dimensional inspection of aerospace components.
• Laser Tracker and CMM experience required; blue light programming a plus.
• Strong GD&T understanding per ASME Y14.5-2018.

Responsibilities

• Prepare data analysis templates for inspection using Excel.
• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections.
• Provide dimensional data feedback to machinists and engineers.
