Blue Origin in Washington state is seeking an inspector to perform detailed inspections of manufactured parts, ensure compliance with specifications, and support quality programs across manufacturing and supply chain.

The role requires 3+ years of inspection experience, the ability to read drawings, and proficiency with CMM software (PC-DMIS, Modus, Calypso). Eligible candidates must be U.S. citizens or lawful residents. Base pay and benefits are competitive.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inspection roles.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of CMM software such as PC-DMIS, Modus, Calypso, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Operate Portable 3D Metrology Devices and set up measurement locations.
• Develop and modify CMM inspection programs using software such as PC-DMIS or Calypso.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to guide inspection procedures.
• Conduct dimensional and visual inspections of manufactured parts and document findings.
• Prepare inspection reports and communicate issues to relevant personnel.
