Blue Origin in Space Coast, FL is seeking a hands-on CNC Machinist & Programmer to transform engineering intent into flight-ready hardware. You will program, set up, and operate 3‑axis and 5‑axis mills and lathes, create Siemens NX CAM programs, and document setups for repeatable builds.

In a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment, you will read drawings, inspect to GDT tolerances, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to deliver precision components on

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus relevant technical training, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5+ years of CNC machining and programming experience producing tight-tolerance hardware.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications, including GD&T per ASME Y14.5.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate 3‑axis and 5‑axis CNC mills and turning centers to meet engineering requirements.
• Create and prove-out Siemens NX CAM programs, including tool selection and cut parameters.
• Perform complete job execution from planning through inspection with documentation for repeatability.
