Job summary

ExoTerra Resource, LLC is seeking a full-time Project Scheduler to create and maintain the full cycle IMS schedules for Hall-effect thrusters and related systems, from inception through design, analysis, production and test.

You will work with PMs to baselining, track progress, produce forecasts and KPI dashboards, and coordinate with production teams using Smartsheet, MS Project and Jira.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining IMS schedules for complex programs.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Epsilon, Costpoint, and MS Office.
• Ability to lead small teams through space product development.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the Project IMS with detailed logic, baseline, dates, and resource loading.
• Work with PMs to establish the baseline schedule from proposal, SOW and contract.
• Track status of tasks and update the IMS baseline with actuals and deviations.
• Provide schedule metrics, risks, forecasts, critical path analysis and EVMS data to PMs/PMO.
• Coordinate with production teams to establish durations and dependencies for AIT/production tasks.
• Maintain Master Production Schedule in Smartsheet and keep reports/dashboards updated.
• Track Pre-Production tasks and timelines with PM and Engineers.
• Apply Scrum/Agile methodology to iterating program sprints.
