Job summary

E-Space is seeking a senior space program scheduler to define and own the Integrated Master Schedule for a government programs portfolio. You will establish the scheduling standard, build templates, and implement baseline control while supporting PMs and engineers across multiple programs.

You will drive schedule analysis, manage critical paths, and ensure alignment with contract deliverables, WBS, and cost reporting as the portfolio expands.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program scheduling in space industry.
• Experience with satellite, spacecraft, payload, launch, or ground segment development.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Business, or related field.
• Ability to define and own IMS and scheduling standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and roll out the scheduling system across Government Programs.
• Build Microsoft Project template architecture, custom fields, reporting views, and health-check tooling.
• Write and own scheduling process documentation including baseline change control.
• Train and drive adoption across Program Managers and engineers.
• Own the portfolio IMS and align architecture to WBS and contract scope.
• Perform schedule risk analysis and drive findings to closure.
