Job summary

Exelon is seeking a scheduling analyst to support project managers and directors with critical path analysis and milestone reporting. You will develop detailed schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project and Asset Suite 8, baselining at phase gates and generating routine reports to guide decisions.

Responsibilities include creating IMS views, tracking resource loading, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure on-time delivery and accurate forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Financial or Technical Field required.
• 4–7 years of related scheduling experience or 6–9 years with no Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to build a schedule from estimates or verbal scope of work; strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in PC software and mainframe applications such as Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project, Asset Suite 8 and Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Build reports, earned value metrics and schedules for Centrally Managed work.
• Create Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and portfolio views of all projects.
• Provide resource loading and utilization for integrated reports.
• Update schedule status weekly, biweekly or monthly.
• Develop and update standard schedule templates for projects.
• Participate in project team meetings including financial forecasting.
• Interface with multiple departments and act as a change agent to promote diversity and inclusion.
• Ensure projects are statused, placed in service, and closed out in required timeframes.
• Perform workload and union impact analysis; forecast internal/external resource needs.
• Provide 24/7 on-call scheduling support for emergent projects.
