Job summary

Axiom Space in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Integrated Master Scheduler to co-develop, maintain, and manage the IMS across programs, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in a fast-paced agile environment.

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to define scope, track milestones, mitigate risks, and support dashboards and reporting using Power BI, Primavera P6, MS Project, and Jira Advanced Roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, systems engineering, business, project management, or related field.
• Experience in program scheduling and integrated master scheduling (IMS).
• Experience managing large, complex programs with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• Experience in an agile environment and translating it to scheduling.
• Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, Jira Advanced Roadmaps or similar tools.
• Advanced reporting with dashboards (Power BI) and schedule analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and product leaders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Communicating project progress, status, and potential issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• Understands the engineering development lifecycle and works with engineers to navigate from concept to delivery.
• Implementing and maintaining agile project management methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks to program timelines.
• Perform additional job duties as assigned.
