Job summary

CHAOS Industries is seeking an experienced Program Scheduler to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for Massed Modular Aircraft programs from concept to sustainment. The role requires coordinating with PM, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Finance to deliver realistic, risk-informed schedules.

You will manage baseline changes, perform critical path and risk analyses, and support IBRs/PMRs while tailoring approaches for government and commercial contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of program scheduling experience in defense/aerospace environments.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Oracle Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and EVMS guidelines.
• Familiarity with DCMA 14-point schedule assessment and schedule risk analysis (SRA).
• Experience supporting IBRs/PMRs/Milestone reviews and schedule data delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IMS/IMP across all program phases: development, design, test, production, and sustainment.
• Build resource-loaded, logic-driven schedules with defined critical paths and milestones.
• Integrate inputs from engineering, manufacturing, test, supply chain, and quality.
• Maintain baselines and manage change control per procedures.
• Perform critical path, margin, and risk analyses (Monte Carlo).
• Conduct schedule health checks and ensure compliance with standards.
• Identify variances and communicate impacts to leadership.
• Support IBRs/PMRs/Milestone reviews with schedule input.
• Tailor scheduling approach for government (EVM/FAR) vs. commercial contracts.
• Maintain scheduling tools and generate dashboards/metrics for reporting.
• Prepare schedule deliverables (IMS/IMP submittals, CDRL schedule products).
