Zusammenfassung

BlueHalo is seeking an entry-level Program Scheduler I to build and maintain resource-loaded Proposal and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across multiple product areas. This role is an individual contributor working with Program Management, Finance, and Technical staff to integrate resources, tasks, and risk into the schedule.

The position requires MS Excel and MS Project proficiency, familiarity with IMP/IMS methodologies, EVM, and related metrics.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is required.
• Minimum 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experienced in Program Planning & Scheduling, Project Management and Program Controls.
• Experienced using Schedule Health Analysis and Schedule Risk Assessment tools.
• Knowledge of IMP/IMS, EVM and program metrics/reporting.
• Current expertise in MS Office Suite (MS Excel) and MS Project.

Aufgaben

• Maintains schedule integrity with proper structure and cost alignment.
• Maintains IMS, summary and detail schedules; supports status meetings and reports.
• Performs critical path analysis and reports on program performance.
• Controls schedule baselines and change management.
• Performs Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) and risk mitigation planning.
• Supports finance, engineering and program management in program execution within budget.
• Works within a team and follows standard practices to analyze data and solve problems.
• Other duties as assigned.
