Job summary

Kratos Unmanned Systems seeks a Master Scheduler to develop, maintain, and optimize the integrated master schedule (IMS) for turbine engine programs, prototypes, and production units. You will coordinate cross-functionally to convert demand into an achievable schedule and own MS Project revision control and weekly reviews.

You will also support MRP/ERP alignment (Costpoint) and communicate schedule risk and recovery actions to leadership in a fast-paced aerospace R&D environment.

Qualifications

• Strong MS Project expertise, including complex dependencies and baselines.
• Experience with Costpoint or other ERP/MRP systems (SAP/Oracle acceptable).
• Ability to read engineering drawings, BOMs, routings, and workflows.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Clear communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Owns integrated master schedule (IMS) and aligns with customer requirements and contract deliverables.
• Coordinates with Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Test, and Quality to create a single master plan.
• Publishes weekly schedule reports and tracks critical path, baselines, and progress.
• Leads schedule reviews, identifies gaps, and drives recovery actions with leadership.
• Ensures MS Project schedules align with Costpoint work orders and BOM structure.
• Performs What-If analyses for design changes and supply constraints; communicates risk.
