Job summary

Exelon is seeking a skilled Scheduler/Project Controls professional to support Sr. Project Controls Schedulers, Project Managers and Directors.

You will develop status and analyze detailed schedules, baselining and reporting using Primavera P6, Project View PV, Hyperion, Asset Suite 8, MS Excel and MS Project. This role requires building IMS, providing resource loading, updating status weekly, and supporting project closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Technical Field.
• 2–4 years relevant experience, or 3–6 years if no degree.
• Ability to build a schedule from estimates or scope.
• Strong analytical and evaluation skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project, Asset Suite 8, Primavera P6.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines; interact with all management levels.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and in field construction sites.
• Conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build reports, earned value metrics and schedules to support Centrally Managed work execution and revise schedules for milestones or changes.
• Create Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and portfolio views; provide resource loading and utilization reports.
• Develop standard schedule templates for typical projects and update work orders in tools.
• Participate in project team meetings including financial forecasting for schedule-cost alignment.
• Interface with other departments; promote diversity, inclusion and a high-performance culture.
• Ensure projects are properly statused, in service and closed out within defined timeframes.
• Perform workload and union impact analysis; forecast internal/external resources.
• Provide 24/7 on-call scheduling support for emergent projects.
• Participate in field job walk downs and coordination.
