Job summary

JLL in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Occupancy Planner to partner with the client’s Real Estate organization and end users for innovative space solutions. This role emphasizes occupancy data reporting within workplace programs and proactive space utilization strategies.

The position requires 3 days on-site weekly, strong Excel and CAFM/IWMS skills, AutoCAD experience, and a track record in corporate occupancy planning. Hybrid work model with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in corporate environment, preferably in strategic space / occupancy planning.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, cell calculations) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with AutoCAD for basic test-fits and square foot calculations.
• Proficiency in CAFM/IWMS software; strong analytical abilities and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with client Real Estate teams and end users to deliver occupancy solutions.
• Create occupancy scenarios and report occupancy data within workplace program parameters.
• Support space utilization, migration plans, and seat demand forecasting.
• Prepare status reports, analyze data, and assist leadership with CRE decisions.
