Responsibilities

• Set up treatment rooms and ensure product baskets are complete and available for providers.
• Coordinate treatment schedules and balance appointments across the spa team.
• Respond to guest emails promptly and professionally.
• Maintain inventory of products and supplies and communicate needs to leadership.
• Provide a calm, attentive presence that supports healing and transformation.
