Job summary

Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa is seeking a Guest Services Tour Guide to warmly welcome guests, guide property tours, and accompany them throughout their stay with mindful, personalized service.

You will share the Miraval story, assist guests to rooms, and collaborate with departments to ensure a memorable, seamless experience. Weekend/holiday availability is preferred in this fast-paced wellness environment.

Qualifications

• Genuine desire to serve guests and create healing experiences.
• Refined verbal and written communication; calm, professional presence.
• Comfort with outdoor work and being on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and set a warm, authentic tone.
• Lead walking and golf cart tours, sharing Miraval's story and spaces for reflection.
• Escort guests to rooms and ensure comfort and clarity of their stay.
• Build meaningful guest relationships and respond empathetically to needs.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests smoothly.
• Maintain knowledge of spa offerings and daily activities to guide confidently.
• Notify supervisor of guest concerns to ensure timely resolution.
• Support colleagues and be flexible to other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

• Welcome with Presence: Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and authenticity, guiding them to check-in and setting the tone for their stay.
• Lead with Insight: Provide walking and golf cart tours of our serene property, sharing the story of Miraval and highlighting spaces for reflection, renewal, and discovery.
• Support with Intention: Escort guests to their rooms, ensuring comfort and clarity as they settle into their experience.
• Connect with Care: Build meaningful relationships with guests, anticipating and responding to their needs with empathy and attentiveness.
• Collaborate Mindfully: Communicate clearly with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled seamlessly.
• Stay Curious: Maintain a working knowledge of our Spa offerings, Programming Experiences, and daily activities to guide guests with confidence.
• Respond with Compassion: Notify your supervisor promptly of any guest concerns, ensuring every experience is met with care and resolution.
• Contribute Wholeheartedly: Assist fellow colleagues, embrace teamwork, and remain open to other duties as assigned.

• Prior customer service experience is preferred, especially in hospitality or wellness settings.
