Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa in Tucson seeks a Spa Treatment Coordinator to support guests and colleagues by coordinating treatment schedules and ensuring each experience is thoughtfully planned and delivered. You will work with the spa team to set up rooms, respond to inquiries, maintain calm spaces, and help create an environment rooted in care and connection.

Responsibilities

• Working with the large team of service providers and leadership to maximize our scheduling needs, setting the schedule of appointments for success.
• Setting up treatment rooms and ensuring product baskets are complete and available for providers.
• Professionally responding to emails in a timely manner.
• Balancing treatments at designated times and assigning treatment rooms.
• Maintaining continual inventory of product and supplies, and communicating any needs to leadership.
• Proactively refills and portions product to be utilized throughout the week.
• Must possess a strong attention to detail, be highly analytical and results driven.
• Must be self-motivated to perform quality work independently with efficiency.
• Flexible and adaptable to assume a variety of responsibilities in a shift.
• Duties and responsibilities may include supporting the therapist assistants and locker attendants.

Summary

The Spa Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the guest and colleague journey by ensuring each experience is thoughtfully planned and seamlessly delivered.

In this role, you will work closely with our spa team to coordinate treatment schedules, assist with guest inquiries, and help maintain the calm and intentional flow of our wellness spaces.
