Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa in Tucson seeks a Spa Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations, supervise team members, and deliver guest experiences at the highest standard.

You will partner with Spa Director and Operations Managers to uphold service excellence, lead by example, coach staff, and maintain cleanliness and efficiency across front desk, spa, and retail. Previous supervisory spa experience is preferred but not required.
