Ladies & Gentlemen Salon is seeking a Spa Coordinator to oversee daily spa operations and ensure a superior guest experience. You will manage guest flow, communicate with Spa Technicians, and maintain orderly treatment rooms, linens, and supplies while supporting a warm, professional atmosphere throughout visits.

The role emphasizes exceptional guest service, organization, and collaboration with our spa team to deliver seamless services from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of exceptional customer service techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests, technicians, and team members.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced spa environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome spa guests in a warm, professional manner and assist with lockers, towels, and amenities.
• Clearly explain spa procedures and help guests prepare for services.
• Provide refreshments and guest amenities as requested.
• Schedule future appointments and suggest additional spa services.
• Maintain a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere at all times.
• Monitor guest flow and ensure proper area for services and communicate with Spa Technicians.
• Assist with treatment room preparation, stocking, and turnover between services.
• Refill products and supplies used by Spa Technicians as needed.
• Coordinate with Spa Manager on daily operations and guest concerns.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary treatment rooms and common areas.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and monitor inventory.
