Hand and Stone is seeking a Spa Sales Associate to provide outstanding customer service to members and guests. You will welcome arrivals, answer phones, book appointments, and promote memberships, gift cards, and upgrades while maintaining a clean, professional environment.

Qualifications

Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
