Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Sales/Customer Service Experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Millennium (will train)
• Excellent personal appearance and strong verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Communicate sales promotions and service options with clients
• Membership education and sales and incentives
• Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
• Greet members/guests on arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards
• Maintain filing procedures and promote wellness benefits
• Keep a professional and clean work environment and appearance
