Job summary

Hand and Stone seeks a Spa Associate to welcome guests, answer phones, book appointments, and assist with selling memberships and upgrades. You will help maintain a clean, professional spa and promote health and wellness benefits of massage therapy.

This role requires customer service excellence, strong communication, multitasking, and a positive attitude. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Spa Soft (training provided) is a plus, with flexible scheduling and team-oriented environment.
