Job summary

SPIRE Hospitality is seeking a Spa Reservations Associate at our West Branch resort to deliver exemplary guest service. You will handle spa bookings, assist in check-in/out and provide information on facilities while maintaining a calm, friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities include coordinating with spa departments, supporting the club memberships, assisting in retail and juice bar operations, and liaising with other resort teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. Fluency in English required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule: full-time or part-time shifts.

Responsibilities

• Spa Reservations.
• Guest check in and POS.
• Assist in the coordination of all spa departments to ensure a seamless guest spa experience.
• Be knowledgeable in all aspects of Club Topnotch Memberships.
• Assist in Retail Sales.
• Assist in maintaining the juice bar, lounge and pool areas.
• Liaise with all resort departments to ensure a heightened guest experience and that the physical standards of the spa facility are maintained.
