The role requires strong communication, cashiering experience, and the ability to stay organized in a bustling environment; weekend shifts and flexible scheduling are required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, hotel, resort, or reception experience preferred.
• Computer and cashiering experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to all members and guests.
• Welcome guests, answer questions, and assist with spa services and general information.
• Answer telephone calls and assist with scheduling appointments.
• Perform general reception and cashiering duties accurately.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
• Use computer and reservation systems efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with spa providers and other departments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
