Job summary

Spire Hospitality LLC in Stowe, Vermont is seeking an enthusiastic Spa Reservations Associate to deliver outstanding guest service and accurate information about spa, pool, and fitness facilities. You will check guests in and out, process POS transactions, and support retail and juice bar operations.

This full-time role requires excellent communication, a calm demeanor, and the ability to coordinate with resort departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Hourly pay $18.00–$19.00.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle spa reservations and provide spa/resort information.
• Check-in/out guests and process POS transactions.
• Assist in coordinating spa departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Be knowledgeable about Club Topnotch memberships.
• Assist in retail sales.
• Maintain juice bar, lounge and pool areas.
• Coordinate with resort departments to maintain facility standards.

Responsible for exemplary guest service in Spa reservations, providing Spa and resort information, tours of the spa, pool and fitness facility and spa guest check in and out procedures.

1. Spa Reservations.
2. Guest check in and POS
3. Assist in the coordination of all spa departments to ensure a seamless guest spa experience.
4. Be knowledgeable in all aspects of Club Topnotch Memberships and what they entail.
5. Assist in Retail Sales
6. Assist in maintaining the juice bar, lounge and pool areas
7. Liaise with all resort departments to ensure a heightened guest experience and that the physical standards of the spa facility are, maintained

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to exercise judgement in evaluating situations and making sound decisions

Other Skills and Experience:

1. Previous customer service experience a must.
2. Excellent communication and organizational skills
3. Proven track record resolving guest problems and expediting solutions
4. Must read, write and speak the English language.
5. Ability to maintain a professional, calm, unhurried demeanor.
6. Flexible work schedule - Full time/Part time available schedule

Hourly rate: $18.00 - $19.00
