Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a customer-focused team member to support housekeeping and guest services on site. The role emphasizes consistent, professional service and strong communication with all hotel departments to resolve guest concerns promptly.

Candidates should have basic English proficiency, a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment with attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Ensure all guest concerns are addressed promptly and communicated to affected departments
• Maintain high morale and productivity through effective communication and training
• Collaborate with all hotel departments and share day-to-day updates
• Provide administrative support to housekeeping, including room assignments and shift briefings
• Inform Room Attendants of priorities daily and follow safety and sanitation policies
• Adhere to departmental policies and procedures
• Report maintenance needs and service standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
