Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years of experience in a spa, salon, or hospitality front desk role preferred.
Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

Greet spa guests warmly and check them in and out for appointments.
Schedule, confirm, and manage spa appointments via phone, email, and in person.
Answer phone and email inquiries regarding spa services, pricing, and availability.
Process payments, gratuities, and retail sales transactions accurately.
Coordinate appointment timing with therapists and spa staff.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa reception and relaxation areas.
Promote spa packages, memberships, and retail products to guests.
Maintain accurate guest records and handle confidential health intake forms appropriately.
Communicate schedule changes, cancellations, and special requests to spa staff.
Assist with inventory tracking and ordering of retail and spa supplies.
