Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a Spa Reservations Coordinator to be the first point of contact for guests, delivering five-diamond service in a luxury spa setting. You will assist with reservations, guide guests through wellness journeys, and promote premium experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have spa industry experience, English fluency, and basic computer skills; Book4Time experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Experience working in the spa or salon industry.
• Book4Time experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Bilingual in Spanish is an asset.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess grooming guidelines.
• Constant standing and walking throughout shift.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service.
• Greet guests over the phone in a warm genuine manner.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all aspects of job performance.
• Host guests through the facility and familiarize them with the surroundings while explaining the wellness journey.
• Guide guests toward their specific needs when making reservations and upsell services.
• Communicate changes, cancellations and additions to the leadership team.
• Promote a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety standards.
• Process transactions and adjustments in Book4Time daily.
• Perform duties and daily checklists as assigned.
