Job summary

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Agent in Scottsdale, AZ. You will warmly greet guests, check them in, and assist with inquiries while upholding service standards and brand culture.

Key duties include handling guest accounts, responding to inquiries, and maintaining a professional, calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment. HS Diploma or related experience is valued; bilingual skills and PMS knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficient in the English language (verbal & written), second language is an asset.
• Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Previous customer related experience an asset.
• Previous PMS experience an asset.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications an asset.
• Must be able to type 25 words per minute.
• Must possess a professional presentation.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
• Hospitality Diploma is an asset.
• Must be flexible in terms of working hours.
• Must have the ability to handle cash effectively and accurately.
• Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Greet, check in and settle guest accounts while ensuring all service standards are followed
• Respond to guest text messaging platform
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
• Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety policies
• Other duties as assigned
