Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years in a spa, salon, or hospitality front desk preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with spa scheduling software (e.g., Book4Time, SpaSoft) and Microsoft Office a plus.
• Professional, calm demeanor suited to a relaxation-focused environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet spa guests and check them in/out for appointments.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage spa appointments via phone, email, and in person.
• Answer phone and email inquiries regarding spa services, pricing, and availability.
• Process payments, gratuities, and retail sales transactions accurately.
• Coordinate appointment timing with Massage Therapists, Estheticians, and other spa staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa reception and relaxation areas.
• Promote spa packages, memberships, and retail products to guests.
• Maintain accurate guest records and handle confidential health intake forms appropriately.
• Communicate schedule changes, cancellations, and special requests to spa staff.
• Assist with inventory tracking and ordering of retail and spa supplies.
